Rafael was great! He kept me informed of what was going on, answered questions I had and gave explained my service options.

I was able to be seen even though you all were taking appointments only which was really great. The person who greeted me at the counter was very friendly and explained he was with the parts department and would get someone from service to help me. The person from service was very personable and agreed to service me today even though they were doing appointments only since all I wanted was an oil and filter change. I was able to get serviced in a reasonable amount of time. The individual who I originally meet explained everything that was recommended for my car and why. Overall service was very excellent, staff friendly and thorough.

The experience was great

My visit was great. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and I was received as soon as I arrived . Everything was finished in a timely manner and my waiting time was just a little over an hour.
