Great costumer service everything explained well about serving my vehicle and didn’t take long at all

I have very mixed emotions about my experience here. I’m rating 4 stars rather than a 1 or a 2 because Rafael really saved the day. The first rental I got through my advisor (not Rafael) was SUPER dirty and smelled bad. I keep a clean car and actually cleaned the front seats because I was grossed out. There was food and dirt EVERYWHERE. It took over 2 weeks to fix my car which, I get that the front camera is a delicate part of the car, but 3 weeks?? I had to go to the shop and get another rental because they wouldn’t let me keep 1 rental that long. They gave no notice and said if I didn’t bring it back THAT DAY to switch it out then it would be shut off. I had to cancel evening plans because of it. However, Rafael did a good job communicating with me through the process and was extremely apologetic. I know it’s not his fault it took so long, but when dropping off my car they quoted me a week. If I had known it would take this long I would have went to another dealership that a hybrid specialist is housed at, rather than wait weeks for a specialist to come. Would I refer a friend to this dealership? No. However, I do think highly of Rafael and I think he does his best with what he’s given.

The service man was very polite and efficient. He gave me updates and had my car washed! I really appreciated the great customer service. I hope he will be employed there sir sometime.

My tech does an excellent job when I bring in all 3 cars.

Rafael was excellent, knowledgable, & answered all my questions. However, the service telephone schedulers are awful. I have a bad experience every time I call. Thank goodness Rafael & the other service managers are easier to work with.

Toyota is one of my favorite cars my experience with the one in union city everyone is so pleasant, I recommend everyone that I know go to this location great service thank you guys for having great customer service

My experience was excellent!! I got my oil changed, fluids topped off and tires rotated, all in under 1 hour! Thanks Toyota!!
