Everything was excellent with 1 small acceptation. As instructed, I called and made an appointment on Monday morning. I was given an appointment for 3:20. When I arrived at 3:15, there was a small line but, no worries. The gentleman approached me and informed me that my appointment had been switched(by email) to 1:20. My issue is, if someone had simply taken a moment to CALL ME ON THE PONE, I could have been there at 1:20. However, since I don't live on my email, I was not aware of the change until it was too late. My strong suggestion is that if you are going to take it upon yourself(as a business) to change an appointment time, and especially if you move it to an earlier time, then you do the, common sense business thing, and make a simple phone call. Eventually it was worked out that my vehicle was taken care of and my brakes were completed, but it was a bit frustrating to follow your suggested process and find out that you didn't follow it!!

I was nervous because I was told to never get nybcar serviced on the southside of town. I normally drive an hour away for great customer service. The only suggestion I have is to please let customers know about the wifi. I work remotely and had to ask.
