The team helped me navigate a couple of minor inconveniences, and even addressed another challenge on follow up. Deb was great and helped me navigate the repairs and warranty for tire replacement.

All my late maintenance issues were advised of and taken care of. Thanks to my representative, she was great, explained in details all the services my vehicles needed, I was given transportation home (until all my services was completed)and picked up when the vehicles was ready for pick up.Thank you.I'm thinking of trading in. For a newer Rav 4.
