Overall it was very helpful because they answered my questions about the maintenance program I am in.

I haven't been to a dealership service center in many years. When I drove up, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I was confused at first and had to find someone to ask what the process was. After that, I was helped by Matthew Ross, and he was very pleasant and helpful. Made the experience very nice.
