As always it’s a pleasure coming to get cami(my car) serviced. Yunervice at Nalley Toyota Is always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable as he informs me of what I need to know about Cami.But on my last visit I noticed that Rafael Correia was not in and someone else was in place. To my eye sight there was lack of leadership, lack of engagement and communication with team and customers, lack of assisting the team. This guy was in his phone, sitting in the office while in his phone or walking around while in his phone til someone one called his name to engage.
