Paul was excellent and extremely helpful. His honesty and patience are attributes that you rarely find with a car shopping experience. His knowledge and humble approach made it very easy to talk to him while I determined if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. In the end, I purchased the vehicle. The Finance Manager was also very genuine and honest, which again, is hard to find. There was no haggle. To make this more of a blessing, their temperament was perfect since I had just lost my grandmother 2 days earlier, and I needed a vehicle to help me drive back home for the funeral. A blessing with the perfect vehicle not just for now, but for a very long time. Nothing but great wishes towards Paul, the Finance Manager, and Nalley Toyota Union City.
