Well, I kind of really hate to send this e-mail. The service so far has really been terrible. So I found this car on your website, and as I was trying to shorten the time frame, an option came up on the website called "Clicklane". Basically, I could buy the car and never have to come visit the dealership, take care of all the paperwork over the Internet, and the car would be delivered to me. A great idea! I mean, a phenomenal idea! The only problem is that it doesn't work out that way. So we went through all the back-and-forth phone calls and hassles and whatnot, and they arranged the time for the car to be delivered, and they delivered it. Once they got here, and I'm getting ready to sign all the paperwork, they announced that they only have one key with them for the car. So replacing that lost key had to be negotiated, and it was, but I still only have one key even though they agreed to get me another one. They later called and said they have a new key in stock, but I have to bring the card to them for it to be programmed. So they have commandeered some of my time; I have no idea how long it takes to get a key. Also, when they delivered the car, and I signed all the paperwork in our conference room at the office, they had made no provisions to leave me any paperwork. So I had to call them and tell them that I needed paperwork about the car, about the financing, and about everything. That was more than three weeks ago, and after repeated phone calls and emails and promises from them, I still have nothing. Nothing. It kind of seems ridiculous. It kind of seems the opposite of even decent or good service, let alone outstanding service.

Overall, Sylvia was friendly, supportive, and pleasant to work with. She communicates kindly and handles each step carefully. However, I would like to share a few areas for improvement based on our experience. Sylvia tends to work a bit slowly and follows each step one by one, without giving us the full picture or the overall process in advance. Because of this, we sometimes felt unsure about what to expect next. We also received important information about the inspection area quite late. This caused some time-consuming moments, and we had scheduling issues two or three times because of timing misunderstandings. In addition, after we received the car, we noticed a small crack on the front door mirror, which we had also mentioned by email. We are not sure that it happened on the way or not. We are waiting our email response Overall, my experience reminded me of similar distribution delays I faced before in Nalley. I believe with more proactive communication and a clearer, big-picture overview, the process could be smoother for future customers.
