Professional personable focused good customer service

Overall, Sylvia was friendly, supportive, and pleasant to work with. She communicates kindly and handles each step carefully. However, I would like to share a few areas for improvement based on our experience. Sylvia tends to work a bit slowly and follows each step one by one, without giving us the full picture or the overall process in advance. Because of this, we sometimes felt unsure about what to expect next. We also received important information about the inspection area quite late. This caused some time-consuming moments, and we had scheduling issues two or three times because of timing misunderstandings. In addition, after we received the car, we noticed a small crack on the front door mirror, which we had also mentioned by email. We are not sure that it happened on the way or not. We are waiting our email response Overall, my experience reminded me of similar distribution delays I faced before in Nalley. I believe with more proactive communication and a clearer, big-picture overview, the process could be smoother for future customers.

I’ve been going to Nalley VW of Alpharetta for the last 4 years since moving to Georgia. I’ve always worked with Richard and he has done an excellent job. I make sure to request him every time I have my vehicle in for service because of the quality customer service he provides. I’d recommend him and Nalley VW to any VW owner in the atlanta metro area.
