Sales experience was good with Jerry but finance was HORRIBLE. The finance guy needs to go… He had a crappy attitude and for that reason my family will probably NOT buy another car from Nalley. This was purchase number 7 from Nalley VW. Miserable way to lose a good customer.

My salesman Brian O’Connor was terrific and has been very helpful helping me resolve my tag and title nightmare. Your tag and title department is truly awful. It is 50 days later and I still do not have my out of state SC tag. Zero customer service and initiative from this group.
