I’ve been going to Nalley VW of Alpharetta for the last 4 years since moving to Georgia. I’ve always worked with Richard and he has done an excellent job. I make sure to request him every time I have my vehicle in for service because of the quality customer service he provides. I’d recommend him and Nalley VW to any VW owner in the atlanta metro area.

Sales experience was good with Jerry but finance was HORRIBLE. The finance guy needs to go… He had a crappy attitude and for that reason my family will probably NOT buy another car from Nalley. This was purchase number 7 from Nalley VW. Miserable way to lose a good customer.

My salesman Brian O’Connor was terrific and has been very helpful helping me resolve my tag and title nightmare. Your tag and title department is truly awful. It is 50 days later and I still do not have my out of state SC tag. Zero customer service and initiative from this group.

There were no updates. I had to keep calling the service department to get any updates on my vehicle. I also gave them my number several times as it was incorrect in the system.

The staff was kind and provided thorough explanations, and the service was very fast.
