I was very happy with the whole process. I was able to get a same day appointment, set by the very helpful person who answered the phone (I think it was Morgan?), and then Matthew in the service department was very helpful in coordinating everything and keeping in touch. My car was ready faster than expected. I was very impressed at how easy it was, especially since it was New Year's Eve. Thanks to all!
