Andrew was the key to the sale. Excellent experience. The finance dept was honestly not prepared and took forever on a simple deal. Furthermore, the got the numbers all wrong and I had to catch them and correct it multiple times. Maybe having some automatic system to capture the deal correctly would help them.

Responsive, respectful, & competent

Robert Grimes has always delivered good customer service - he is conscientious and courteous. That was the case here again and one reason I have developed a trust with Nalley VW over the years and why I continue to bring all of my VWs (3) here. The other key reason is that I trust the quality of the actual service I get which gives me confidence that when I get my car back that the job was done right and I and if I do have any questions later that Nalley will support their work and their customers.
