The overall experience was good. but my car had problems in door interlocking system not working, and I was asked to come on weekdays for that separately. Also a $175 charge was asked to investigate the issue with the door interlocking. Not sure if the vehicle is under warranty then why this inspection charge?

My experience at Nalley VW on 9/26/23 was excellent. I was able to easily make an appointment online the day before. My service advisor, Richard Osborne, got me checked in right away and was very cordial. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet. The work was performed efficiently and correctly. The Service Specials offered enabled me to save some money. I'm very pleased and will continue to drive over 25 miles from inside I-285 whenever my 2016 VW Tiguan needs service. Many thanks to the entire Service Team!

Chad was very helpful and the actual price was a little lower than the original quote and in less than anticipated wait time. I especially loved the quiet time room - great idea.
