Service was great! Our advisor was thorough and communicated with us during the process.

This was my first visit to this dealership for a 30K service and Richard did a great job. The job completed included replacing filters, oil, and some other required parts, plus I requested to have the car aligned, rotate the tires and balanced. After the alignment the steering wheel was a bit off and the team took the time to correct it and leave it perfectly centered. All in all great experience.

Tom was very helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted.

Saw a 2015 VW Passat for our son in college, listed in CarFax. Went to see it on 7/22. Took for a test drive, drove beautifully, clean inside and out. Salesman was Tom Finnick, who was wonderful to work with. I did let Tom know while driving the car back home to SC (a two-hour drive), about halfway through, the car started making a slight rattling sound, seemingly coming from behind the dash. It wasn't obnoxious or loud, just noticed a definite difference from the test drive and first hour of driving it. When our son comes back home to Anderson from Columbia, my husband Jay will look at it, but if he can't find anything wrong, will schedule an appt. at our local mechanic and tire place, Welborn in Anderson.
