Had no intention of purchasing a car. Was looking to make a connection for a future purchase and see what was available. Was referred to Andrew Krum from a former Nalley employee currently at a different dealership. Purchasing a car is one of the worst experiences and this purchase and my time was Andrew was better than I could have hoped for.

Robert was amazing when I called and mentioned one of my caution lights came on. He scheduled me immediately and made sure that everything was taken care of. He explained everything and treated me like an old friend.

Jacqueline is the one employee of Nalley VW that can be counted on to actually follow-up on details of a new vehicle purchase. She not only gave me calls back, but also provided details on out-of-state titling progress, obtained authorization from the GM for dealer paid temp tag extension, and had the routing changed from FedEx to UPS so the temp tag would actually show up next day delivery. Thankfully, after 46 days of waiting, I finally got some hard evidence that the titling process was in progress when NCDMV sent me a demand for property tax payment. WooHoo!
