It was a super busy day but staff was friendly and attentive as always. I used the app to check the status of my car. Chad is the best as always.

5 stars for Sergiy, BUT 1 star for the man in the financing department. Sergiy made our car buying experience so seamless! He let us test drive multiple cars, wrote up multiple quotes, he acknowledge both me and my husband when speaking, and was more than willing to work with us on our various needs and wants quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough great things about him.However, the man in the financing department needs a lesson in customer service. First, he came at us with a monthly payment that was not agreed upon and when my husband told him this was not what we agreed to he proceeded to say, “I don’t know bro. You go ask the manager” at least three times. Then he refused for a moment or two to take our cash for the down payment on the car, telling us to use a credit card and saying it was too late for him to open the safe. It was a horrifying and jaw dropping experience to say the least. I have never been treated so poorly by someone, let alone when spending thousands of dollars on such a large purchase.The over all experience with the sales department at the VW dealership was great, but the treatment we experienced in the financing department was extremely disappointing and disgusting.
