We stopped by to check out a vehicle for our son who is graduating fromHigh School. We had a great experience at VW. Andrew our sales person was extremely helpful. This is our first VW and he answered all of our questions and shows us many options for our budget. I was really impressed with his vast knowledge of the different vehicles. Very happy with our 2020 Tiguan.

techs and intake personnel are awsome

The only problem I have had is I call Customer Service to make an appointment and ask that someone call me back. I NEVER get a call back. This has happened three times. I usually deal with Chad, Robert, or Richard. Also, I keep getting notices that my car needs to be serviced and I don’t need service. (Example). Air Filter. I just had one put in and I get a notice that I need one. I had my car in recently for service because I will be going on a trip. After a few days I was told I needed an air filter. It is hard for me to get my car in for service. Don’t remember declining this option when my car was in for service.

Servicing specialist did an outstanding job only giving me the service required for the car! Saved me money and I appreciate it!

I received my car back from its service in a timely manner despite the lot being full when I dropped it off. Everyone was very kind and told me exactly what I needed to know. I will be taking my car to Nalley again for any future services.
