This experience was the best car purchase experience. I work in customer service and their professional atmosphere and kind team members add this an absolute amazing experience.

I hate buying cars. I hate the fees, protection bs, and other bs that is added to the price when you really sit down and I hate dealing with finance guys and trying to be sold a bunch of things that are good for Nalley and not good for me. That being said, I Sergiy is really good to deal with and he figured me out pretty quickly and helped to expedite the process as best he could. I give Sergiy 5 stars.

I felt that Nalley Volkswagen was very transparent and easy to work with through my car leasing process. Before going to Volkswagen, I had the problem that a lease would be advertised online as x price monthly at Honda or Toyota. However, when actually visiting the dealership, the price of the advertised car would be x+150-200$ monthly! Volkswagen was the only dealership that actually had the cars matching their advertisement without a catch. We wanted to spend a little more money to get extra features with our Tiguan but didn’t want to spend extra money to get a base model Honda accord. For that, we were grateful. Additionally, Andrew was very kind and helpful throughout the process and did what he could to get us in the car that we wanted! Thank you guys!

This feedback is specific to Tom, who is excellent. He was communicative, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. As preciously explained, your finance department was horrible to work with. I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes to be seen when I was there specifically to see them. At one point they came out and said it would be 5 more minutes, and it was 30. I can’t even give you the name of the person who did my paperwork because he didn’t give it to me. And he offered no apology when I showed frustration. And also didn’t read the paperwork showering I had already paid $1,000. But again, Tom is fantastic and he should be rewarded for making a horrible process much more pleasant.
