Andrew and Jerry were both Amazing from the moment we reached out about a vehicle all the way through the purchasing process. Used Car manager was equally as great and eased our mind with some concerns that were raised. Finance guy Carlos needs additional training and a different approach to see the additional products (gap insurance/ extended warranty).

Everything was great. My service was completed faster than expected.

We were shopping for a car for our 16 year old who will be driving soon once he passes his road test. We were set on buying a preowned VW Jetta but did not have good luck finding one in our budget and in good condition. We came across a Tiguan via the Nalley website through a google search but when we went to test drive it was not in great shape. My husband found another Tiguan at Nalley's Decatur location but since it was a good distance away from us, the sales person was able to go get the car for us so we could test it. Once we drove it, we knew it was the right car for our son. The car had some cosmetic imperfections but Nalley did a great job at getting those corrected and detailed. We are very happy with our purchase and hope that this car will last our son many years.
