Working with Jerry McCoy was very easy. He kept us informed of the process and made us feel comfortable as we were navigating through the experience. Once we and Nalley agreed on a sale price for the vehicle, that's when everything slowed down. We were ready to pay cash for the vehicle. There was no need for finance paperwork. This process took more than 30 minutes. This seemed excessive to us. Other than the administrative aspect, our overall experience was fine.

My repair experience was pleasant. I was surprised by how quickly the repair work was completed.

It was a smooth process. No issues and I was in and out very quickly.
