I had an excellent experience at Nalley VW. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and there was plenty to drink and snack on if I needed! The technology is wonderful too. I received a text message as they were working on my vehicle to let me know what they found. They didn’t push to sell me anything I didn’t need, simply stated the facts, helped me think it through and let me decide.

It was a surprise when the door ajar light came on my 2014 Passat, and then to discover that the doors wouldn't lock. Right off I decided to take it to Nalley Volkswagen of Alpharetta because it also needed an oil change. And after the oil change, my service advisor, Chris Rogers. suggested that I arrange to leave the car so they could analyze the lock problem. Therefore, two days after leaving the car everything was repaired and working as it should be. So, I want to express my sincerest thanks to Nalley Volkswagen for the exceptional service and your constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs.

Service at Nalley VW was fantastic, from setting the appt to driving off the lot. There was no hassle, no difficulties and no unpleasant attitudes. I started driving VW about 10 years ago. The service center I used to go to was great at first, now it’s impossible to reach a live person, set an appt or even get proper work done. The last time I went in for an oil change at the other place, I unknowingly drove around without oil for days! They never put oil back in. This is my first service at Nalley VW Roswell and it was a great experience. I will absolutely return here for my future services!

They are always very helpful and provide excellent service

Robert Grimes at the service desk is very helpful. All staff is welcoming and informative. I never feel like I am being "sold" on a repair I may not legitimately need The waiting areas are large and clean. As are the bathrooms. Overall not a terrible place to crash for a bit while the car is in service.
