I am new to owning a Volkswagon. I purchased a brand new Volkswagon TAOS in 2022 from Auto Nation Volkswagon, Mall of GA. We also purchased a used 2019 Volkswagon Jetta in 2022 for our daughter from another dealership. I was dealing with the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and let me just keep it professional by saying not a pleasure at all. It took weeks to get my vehicle in for my 1st 10000 mile service check. I would leave messages and days later maybe get a call back. We also had some issues with our daughters vehicle that was clearly covered under warranty and went round and round with them to get the issue fixed. Numerous trips to the dealership, to get the issue fixed. overall not a good experience at all. I will leave it at that. So glad I choose the service department at Nalley Automotive in Alpharetta for my 2nd oil change and 20000 mile service on my brand new Volkswagon. I went online scheduled my appointment, took my vehicle in explained the service I was expecting and they were very courteous, professional, caring and understanding. My first point of contact was Chad Radford. He was all of the above and more. I dropped my vehicle off for the service that was needed and was told they would call when ready to pick up. They also found that my brakes were already worn on the back and that it was covered under warranty and they replaced them. That is what I need and expect in a service department, caring, concern and safety for your customers. "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" In this day and age that seems hard to come by. I will definitely continue to do business with Nalley for future service visits for my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle. I appreciate the care, concern and integrity for my visit. We went to purchase VW Taos through the Foreign Nationals Program and the personnel Silvia Egan clearly explained the program details and ensured that we got the car we wanted in double quick time. Kudos to her and the entire team for this purchase.

I came in for an oil change and I was in and out in an hour, just like my service manager promised. I sat and watched tv in the nice customer lounge area. Great experience!
