The oil change was quick, the service advisor was friendly and accommodating to my request to expedite. The waiting area was well appointed and peaceful. Can’t really expect anything more from a service appointment. Kudos to Nalley! I’ve always been a VW fan and the service experience only added to my overall excitement about VW.
