I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The waiting lounge was nice and the channel set to hgtv even better. They even washed my driver and passenger mats and washed my car. They were great!

While the service we received was great, we were really disappointed in the lack of courtesy vehicles. As my newish car had to have its transmission replaced which was still under warranty, it cost my family over $2,000 in rental car charges when it a) shouldn’t have happened so soon on a newer car so it was not an expected expense and b) should have been completely free. Was even more disappointed when I went to pick up my car and another person was given a courtesy vehicle like it was nothing. What was the criteria for this?
