Per usual, I had an amazing experience at Nalley VW in Alpharetta. Richard was insightful and helpful. He provided optimal customer service. I felt like a valued customer. Everyone is always super helpful when I come regardless of the reason. I have been getting my cars serviced here since 2013. I have never had a complaint about the customer service or the quality of service provided. I also made 2 of my 6 (or 7- lost count) VW purchases from this location… it’s hard to go anywhere else.

The purchase went about as smoothly as buying a car could have been. Much of the work was handled over the phone as I was traveling. Would recommend Nalley VW to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I bought my car in May 2022 from Nally, and I had to bring my car in there twice. One for a check engine light and the other was an oil change. Both times, Richard went out of his way for me. He gave me a sense of peace especially the first time because I was panicking with my VW. He truly had gone out of his way for me and went the extra mile to bring me excellent customer service and worked with the service department to push my car through. This is my first VW. Most of my life, I only drove Nissan. I have enjoyed my new car and your staff has always been very kind
