I do not like the call center you make appointments with! They told me I didn’t need an appointment because my battery died that is was considered an emergency. They told me just to come on in. That’s not what happened when I got there!

Excellent customer service

I made an online appointment and was seen as soon as I arrived. The representative that helped me gave me an upfront estimate on the amount of wait time I would have due to limited staff. The waiting room was clean and quiet and as soon as my car was finished my representative walked me out to my car to give an inspection. He showed me a tire that needed to be replaced and said it was not in stock at the dealership at the time but gave me options on how to either order it or have it replaced elsewhere. I had a great experience and was very satisfied with the whole appointment experience
