The experience itself was good- staff was courteous and responsive, however it took over a week to get the service completed with no loaner car which made for obvious inconvenience. The car does seem to be in good working order now and communication was transparent throughout the process which I appreciated.

Chad my Service Advisor explained everything to me ahead of time so I would know what to expect. Chad called me a few days later to let me know my repairs we completed and my car was ready earlier than expected. I appreciate the detail of work the mechanics do and appreciate the upfront expectations by Chad. Great service by all and I will be back for future maintenance and repairs if needed.
