Everything was fine

I am grateful and amazed at the courteous, professional, patient service provided by my advisor Robert Grimes. With cars backed up for weeks due to supply chain and other issues, I can imagine how stressful it is to deal with unhappy impatient customers all day. But Robert was responsive and patient and took very good care of me and my car. Thank you!

Everything was smooth and excellent. Check in was quick and easy, the waiting areas were nice and clean. Really enjoyed the service tracker to keep track of the status of my car!

wonderful experience -- prompt and courteous. In fact my wait time was far less than had been stated. Good Job -- the only thing I noticed is that no one vaccumed out the floor as was done in the past by a dealer I used who worked on a previous car and I thougt it was a thougtful touch. The overall experience was positive. The scheduling process was easy enough online and the service expert was helpful and up front about potential delays in looking at the car due to backups. In the end, the vehicle was fixed and delivered on time to what was promised.
