My service advisor and the mechanic I spoke to were both very friendly, helpful and informative. The only part I was disappointed (which is NOT the fault of the service advisor) is that I had to wait over 3 hours for an oil and filter change - even with an appointment. It would be nice if Nalley did a better job of prioritizing customers who have an appointment and are waiting for their vehicles.

Robert was really great and easy to talk to. He helped to fit me in for a service even though the corporate office provided me with inaccurate information about their availability for an appointment that day. He also helped explain what services I should have done and made sure I had a ride because the wait was long with the scheduling conflict. Amazing customer service!

2015 touareg tdi, was running great, then all of the sudden went into limp mode, check engine light. Brought to dealer, they mentioned there is an issue with TDI for fuel system failure

After a couple attempts to get an airbag recall performed on my 2013 beetle, Richard stepped in and mad what had been an extremely frustrating experience, into a stellar one.
