Matt Perrick, my salesperson, delivered an impeccable experience from start to finish. Of course, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car’s many features, but his true willingness to help the customer was what really stood out. He did not seem annoyed at all and was happy to show many different cars on a busy, sweltering day. I observed him happily helping out other customers where it didn’t even seem like it was his job. He was extremely responsive (almost immediate replies) to any question I texted him after the sale, which usually, I don’t expect to hear back after a sale (car or otherwise).I also truly appreciate Craig C, the sales manager, who helped rectify an accidental purchase I made with a fussy toddler in tow in 100 degree weather. I honestly didn’t expect this much help from him or his team, but they were extremely caring and always treated me kindly during my visits.Also appreciated is Carlos R, finance manager, who was the most personable finance manager I’ve ever met. I appreciated that he was not pushy and was very efficient.As a woman, I fear going to the dealership by myself and have bought cars elsewhere where they have no-haggle prices and limited need for human contact. However, with the fair and kind treatment they gave me (including the price), I would not hesitate to return to this particular dealership.
