Robert, the Service Advisor at Nalley Volkswagen of Alpharetta, provided the best customer service I've ever had at Volkswagen, bar none. He was prompt, accommodating (where he could be), responsive, communicative, courteous, and beat the timeline he committed to. In a world where no one seems to do this anymore, it was like Covid never happened - except he was better than any prior experience, and I purchased a Tiguan at the Lilburn/Lawrenceville location, and one at the VW of Marietta location. This is actually my third VW (my parents purchased my first one), and I think Robert was just fantastic.
