The service was quick and easy but I think it would be good to continue to work on friendliness. People have a choice about where they take their cars and it was not that anyone was unfriendly it was more in and out , with no personalization and feeling like a number.

Silvia Egan provided good attention. Besides that, need to improve customer service. They were more focus on selling other warranties plan rather than communicate and provide details about the standard one.
