Tom Finnick was my agent . He was excellent . Despite the storage VWs nationally he managed to get me a Tiguan SE in my preferred color in 2days . He patiently searched through inventory and incoming inventory . As I didn’t have a ride to pick up the car he picked me up on his way to work.He was attentive and patient with my limited electronic skills as he walked me through the car’s functions .

The salesman, Serge, was patient, answered all my questions and my son's. No pressure.
