In order to service my car, a part needed to be ordered and won't be in for a few weeks. Nalley did a great job communicating options and next steps.

This was my first time purchasing a brand new car and my experience was great thanks to Tom Finnick. Also Carlos Rodriguez got my payments about where I wanted within my budget. I love my new Taos! When it’s time to upgrade I’ll come back to Nalley!

Very efficient. Communication was excellent. The employees are extremely courteous and friendly. The repair was much quicker than expected, and nobody tried to pressure me into anything. The vehicle inspection was thorough and honest. I’ve owned VW my entire life and by far, this has been the best service experience I have ever had. On my visit, I spent close to 3+ hrs. There was a new car delivery, Mr Simon was busy with other customers for some time. Mr Andrew Krum was kind enough to keep me updated, engaged throughout.
