Robert was great in helping get my Atlas fixed in record time. I didn't have any other transportation and he was able to get the car back to me in 24 hours. I had no idea what I was going to do if it needed a new part and my car was out of commission for 2-4 weeks. He also tried to get a rental car for me for a few days but Enterprise was unable to accommodate at the last minute. Great customer service!!

Our service advisor was amazing. The wait times were long, but he was upfront about it. Gave some great advice and took care of a battery without making us wait longer. Great job!

The speed for scheduling and completing the annual routine service and software update was excellent! However, when we inquired about having the technician examine the programming for the automatic door lock function, we were told there was absolutely 0 capacity for the shop to do any type of diagnostic or reprogramming for at least 3 weeks!?! We were planning on leaving the car for a full week to allow time for this while on Spring Break. While we appreciate the current labor and parts supply chain issues, that seems extreme to not even attempt to resolve our concern! Fortunately the issue doesn’t prevent use of the car so we picked it up and will try to reschedule it but were told it would take 2- 3 weeks even once we brought it back in...you’d have to keep the car 2- 3 weeks??? That just seems really unreasonable for an electronic programming issue. We’ll contact them directly again but would appreciate someone from your headquarters contacting me to discuss the issue to see if there is another alternative. The issue is the Auto Unlock feature when the car is placed in Park after stopping, there should be a way to deactivate it for safety concerns but it isn’t addressed in the on-screen menus and the technicians seem unfamiliar with the solution. For solo drivers, especially females, it is NOT desired to have all 4 doors unlock when they park, only the driver’s door. For parents with young kids in the back, they do NOT always want the doors to automatically unlock! When someone is Parking in parking garages, etc, they do NOT want the doors to automatically unlock. We were told by your service department when we bought TWO of these Jettas last year that the service team could reprogram the doors and to simply bring it in during the routine maintenance, now only to hear they would need 2 - 3 weeks to do it? IF THEY COULD DO IT>>>PLEASE HELP! You may reach me at dls21@comcast.net or 504-301-6155 Thank you. Don Smith
