Brought my 2019 Tiguan SEL for its 40K mile service. When I called, the representative on the phone was kind. She arranged my appointment to be most convenient. The folks at the service counter were also very helpful. The service was completed as they described. The final price matched the quotation. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. 5 stars for sure
