Robert is great! He’s helped me out with all of my issues. Originally dropped my car off at Mavis Tire and it has been a nightmare ever since. Once my car made its way to VW, Robert has done everything to try and help me in my situation. It’s greatly appreciated!

Was consistently losing air in one of my tires but couldn't find the problem. The Nalley service team found the problem, patched the tire and didn't charge me anything. Great service.

My overall experience was good. The staff was nice and there was a comfortable area to sit and wait while the car was serviced. They also provided complimentary snacks which was appreciated.

This was my first service experience at a VW Dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The estimated time was spot on. The facility was clean and the waiting area was quiet and allowed me to work remotely. Price was better than an express lube. I will definitely be back!
