Car died at the gas station down the street. Had to walk over to the service desk I did that right after calling in and speaking with Anthony who said he'd be able to assist. He pretty much jumped up like a superhero and was able to walk with me to get the car jump started drove it into the shop had a battery in and out within the hour. He was gracious and sensitive to a last-minute repair in the middle of a road trip. Could have not asked for a better experience.

Nalley Staff were courteous and professional. I appreciate your team washing my vehicle after service. I forgot that my washer fluid was empty. Filling the washer fluid would have been a nice touch but I didn't ask. Thank you.

Always frustrating getting service for Id4 from scheduling to actual service speed. The now refuse to do a quick scan for problems while you wait, and NEVER have loaner vehicles when they have to keep your vehicle. Also apparently not enough support from VW tech for their service dept.
