Honestly Speaking. I Was Dealing with a claim, And was instructed by my Insurance Company The Bring my Vehicle to the VW Dealership after retrieving it from a Collision Garage with the service engine light on? After The DTC (Diagnostic) There was some Confusion between the Tech. and My Insurance company. The Service Advisor (Mr. Robert Grimes) followed up on my concerns. Because of his integrity . I will be a repeat customer

Nalley service always does a great job and don't try to sell us stuff we don't need and always give us a technical review of needed service before and after the fact. Our Betel Turbo-R is a great car but there is not enough room form my big hand to do much work under that tightly packed hood.
