Service was great. I was misled by scheduling as I had an appointment for 12:40 PM Saturday, 9/25. When I called to bring my car in earlier that morning I was informed by my service advisor the first chance they could get to it would be Tuesday, 9/28. I decided to leave the car on 9/25 due to pre-arrangements.

Customer service tech was excellent, got our Atlas SUV in and out as promised. Dealership.. really come back for GM John and Silvia , 3rd vehicle we have bought from them! Now as far as the Corp rules.. get rid of the masks already .. those vaccinated are and those who have not its on them! Get back to normal people.. and dont add to the "hysteria"!

The experience at Nalley VW was a good one. If I were in the market for a new or used care I would consider using them again.

Jarrod our sales guy was fantastic!! We bought because of him! Would have given five stars, however the sales manager John was HORRIBLE! We were looking at buying two cars and John cost the sale of one car and almost cost the entire sale. But as we said Jarrod was amazing. John needs some work. Speaking to any client like they are five years old is not acceptable! Yes, I'm a younger looking female but I was fully ready to spend $70k on two cars, more than the average buyer. John's attitude and rudeness cost him the second sale and we will think twice before going back. John needs to learn to be respectful.
