Everything from the point of scheduling the appointment to the delivery of my car was excellent. My advisor did not try to upsell me anything.

The guys in the service Department are great, but you really need to dump the offsite call center. They continue to provide unrealistic expectations that the service managers spend a lot of time explaining. I think it would be better to have the calls managed in house as the guys know their work flow very well and are great about follow up.

I really like this dealership. Did the recall when we came in. Everyone was very nice & helpful waiting room is nice too!

The experience was perfect. The only change I would make is to have the car washed when you give it back to your customer.
