Overall, it was very good. Only complaint was that it seemed a little bait and switch on the drive belt requirement being outside the 80K mile service but needing to be replaced at 80K miles. Why not just include it in the 80K mile service or discuss it before starting the service. Everything else was good. Might want to partner with a local car wash for the basic exterior package while you are understaffed.
