Service was great once it started. A 3 day wait time to begin repairs was very inconvenient when they don’t have loaner cars available.

As a possible idea, perhaps have a salaried or hourly "hand-off" person who can take the time to sit with a new owner to go through some of the technology of the new vehicle, including making sure the technology works as it should for that model of vehicle. I say this because I was coming off of a 20-year old basic manual-shift vehicle into a 21st century techno-car. On my 20-year old car, the only thing I could adjust on the dashboard was the trip odometer. On this new vehicle, through looking through the manual, I find I can actually have multiple views of the dashboard. A bit over-whelming. I think it's asking too much of the salesperson to train the new owner, and that's why I think there should be a hand-off person.
