Always a great experience. I was in for an oil change. It may have been me, but I was always under the impression that tire rotation came with the oil change. Other than having to wait a little while longer; which I didn't mind at all. Next time, I'll have to remember to make the request or when I schedule my next oil change. Service Rep. was very professional.
