Everything was as expected. Great service

As usual, the service during my maintenance visit at Nalley VW was excellent. Everyone was exceptionally kind and patient. I was provided a detailed overview of all work and the estimated time each task would take. All work was completed quicker than I originally anticipated.

Chad and team were excellent as always. They got my car in and out quickly despite being short staffed.

I had an amazing experience with the service department. I have been a lifelong Ford driver until I researched the new Jetta for its good gas mileage when my work commute increased. I have been incredibly happy with both my purchase and the Nalley service center. I’m pretty sure I’ve been converted to Volkswagen forever now.

due to the holidays, my car was not ready on the day promised. I had to stay in a rental for much longer than I expected.
