The service manager (Robert) was very professional and helpful. My service was fast and I appreciate the team working it in after dropping it off on a Saturday.

I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. The service department was great about updating me and getting me a rental car. A part was on back order but ended up coming in earlier than expected. Repairs were completed within a week and all covered under warranty. Only complaint is I had a fog light that was out and it wasn’t replaced while the car was there. Will need to make another trip as a result.

Fantastic Service and Staff

Good experience overall. Just a recommendation: I called a service appt rep and she told me a transmission flush was $113 for a DSG. I knew it was more and that’s what I found out when speaking with my service tech rep. Perhaps those assisting service appts should be trained more on service costs.

We had a great experience with Yasir. At first not so much with F&I but we straightened that put and in the end Joe did a great job as well
