I purchased a 2020 Tiguan on Monday and by Thursday I had to bring it in because my microphone was not working. My service advisor was Robert Grimes, he was able to explain the issue and give me a realistic timeline of when the repair would be done. He also emailed and texted me how things were going and as soon as my vehicle was done. Even though my new car had an issue, Nalley VW took responsibility and made it right. I will continue to give them business and recommend them to my friends and family.
