As usual, I received an excellent experience. My car was serviced (new tires) within the time window offered by Robert my service consultant. No issues whatsoever.

Efficient recall service provided, also appreciated the full car survey report.

The service appointment went very well. I really liked to be able to communicate with the staff via text. It made things very easy.

I had asked Robert to help me rush getting my car fixed (damaged rim and tire) and he was able to turn it around in 24 hours. Very thankful!!

All went smooth. Great communication. Except that I called three days before and asked how low the recall would take. The female in service put me on hold, came and told me that it would be 4-5 hours. I made plans to drop it off aNd upon arrival, found out it would only be an hour. Kinda wanted my time in disturbing someone Day to assist when it I would have waited the hour.
