I absolutely love every one here! Everyone is always extremely helpful and nice. Especially Chad and Silvia who always takes the time to say hello to me when I am in. Even if I am not there to buy a new car.

Richard did a fantastic job getting my car back to me before I needed it. The recall was replaced and my front brakes and rotors were replaced. The car has been running great which is a huge positive because there are too many horror stories of dealer issues with repairs. This has been my best experience with a VW dealership doing all the maintenance on my car.

Despite electrical issues that did not get solved the first go around, Richard ensured that VW Service would make it 'right'. They didn't have an appointment for a couple days but when I brought it back, not only did my rear lights get fixed but they didn't charge me a dime. This is why I always go out of my way to service at the dealership I bought my 2016 Jetta. 110k miles later its still humming!
