I could have never imagined such a great experience buying my first car. From the moment I walked into the dealership everyone was kind, laid back, and it just felt different. Silvia, my salesperson, could not have been better. She was patient, she listened (which is rare from my experience), she never pressured me, and she was so gentle in her approach. I didn’t feel like I was being over sold something. I have told anyone and everyone how great my experience was purchasing at Nalley. Even my Mom, who was with me, said later, “when I buy my next car, I know where I’m going.” It just couldn’t have been better. The overall feel was so unique and different than all other dealerships.
