I had the pleasure of having Robert as my advisor with my car. He was very friendly and his customer service skills were what any customer could ask for. He was very on top of things when it came to making sure I knew what was going on with my car and keeping me updated on my car. Very good experience with Nalley Volkswagen Alpharetta overall and will be using this location for further help and maintenance with my car.

The service team was much friendlier then AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia but your prices are laughable for an oil change. I’ve had my oil changed at a Volkswagen dealer every time and I’ve never been quoted an amount even close to what I was at Nalley. When I mentioned a service offer on the Volkswagen website I was told we can’t do that but we will see what we can do. Other then that the experience was good.

we were on schedule for the quickest car purchase transaction in history!!! all paperwork was ready to be signed and we would be out the door! unfortunately, the finance guy got hung up with another customer and we ended up waiting a long time... at the dealer for a little over 3.5 hours... everyone was so helpful and efficient!!!
